Getting Started

What happens during the consultation?
We assess your unique care needs, required support levels, and personal goals, while also completing a complimentary home safety evaluation. This allows us to design a comprehensive, person-centered care plan tailored just for you.
Do you support clients eligible for PASSPORT Waiver program?
While we accept and welcome PASSPORT-eligible clients, we do not bill Medicaid or participate directly in the PASSPORT Waiver Program. Services for all clients are billed on a private-pay basis.
What are the contract terms and minimum commitment requirements for your services?
Our contract terms are completely customizable to your unique care needs. Unlike other providers, we never artificially inflate our hourly minimums, clients are billed down to the exact minute services are rendered. Our flexible commitments are built around our clients’ schedule, ranging from a brief, few-hour surgery escort service or a single day of post-surgery care, to weekly respite visits and continuous, around-the-clock support.

Quality & Trust

What makes HPAccountable HomeCare different?

We focus our service on person-centered care, combining high-quality support with deep compassion and respect. Instead of treating care like tasks or checklist, our caregivers complete their shifts by celebrating each meaningful connection and successful service delivery.

We intentionally embrace our clients’ slowness, allowing them to take their own comfortable pace while preserving their dignity. Our relationship-first philosophy ensures that your loved one never feels rushed or burdened, but truly valued and encouraged.
